Marcus joined FourQuarters Recruitment in 2020 and has been in the Perth recruitment industry since 2019. Marcus is originally from the Netherlands and migrated in June 2018. Marcus has over 12 years of IT experience under his belt. He’s the bridge between technique and business. His technical background provides him with an in-depth understanding of a company’s requirements. Focusing on more technically involved questions, Marcus can thoroughly assess a candidate to conclude whether they’re a good fit.
Over the years, Marcus has had a lot of exposure in several different industries, from IT solutions to Banking and Commerce. With each industry having its own appreciation Marcus has a wide understanding of the different businesses. In his own time Marcus is learning to be an Aussie. Surfing, AFL and the Sunday sizzle at Bunnings are all passing the weekly routine. The real question remains can you take the Dutch out of the Dutchman? (No he is not walking around on clogs).
