With over 9 years' recruitment experience, Adam joined our Melbourne Tech team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and has since been promoted to Manager, Applications/Development. Adam moved to Melbourne after a very successful recruitment career based in the UK where he recruited roles for Analysts, Programmers, Developers, Architects, DevOps Engineers IT Directors and CTOs. Adam is committed to continuing his expertise in the Tech sector by building strong relationships and aims to ensure his clients engage the best talent.
Sabina is responsible for developing the Business Intelligence, Data Services and Analytics disciplines at FourQuarters, recruiting both contract and permanent roles. Specialising across Data Science, Insights, Analytics, BI and Data Analysis and Data Governance, Sabina is the go-to in understanding the ever-changing dynamic of the analytics market in Melbourne. Sabina started her recruitment career in London where she spent 10 years recruiting across a range of technology positions, before moving to Melbourne to join FourQuarters in 2014. In her spare time, Sabina heads to the gym and plays sports as a means of balancing out her love of indulgent food. She’s also a fan of exploring the great outdoors and enjoys spending her time discovering new places and cultures.
Hollie recruits across Project Services as part of the wider Technology Team in Melbourne. Hollie studied Law at the Queensland University of Technology and brings with her hands-on project experience, having worked on the procurement of the new payroll system for Queensland Health (as well as various other projects), before commencing her career in recruitment. Hollie is particularly passionate about creating longstanding relationships and partnering with clients to achieve optimal outcomes, as well as promoting gender diversity in the Technology Industry.
Tom joined FourQuarters with the remit to expand the Testing network in the Melbourne market. Following graduation from Manchester University in 2013, he worked for Experis in the UK where he supplied the industry's top Agile Testers into innovative projects for a global scale broadcasting company and one of the top Fintech companies in the world. Tom enjoys the nitty gritty, technical details of technology recruitment. His specialism is Testing, ranging from Manual Testers, to Automation Testers and Test Developers, to Test Managers and Program Test Managers. Outside of the office he enjoys rugby, football and cycling.
After falling head over heels in love with Melbourne, Jessica relocated to the city from the UK. Post graduating with a Business & Management degree, Jessica kick-started her recruitment career in the global engineering software market before spending six months backpacking around Asia and camper-vanning around Australia and New Zealand. Jessica is now focused on servicing the digital space in Melbourne, helping her clients to source only the very best Front End Developers, UX/UI Developers and Designers.
Matt recruits in the Development sector, particularly within both .Net and Mobile space. The roles he recruits include Analysts/Programmers/Developers/Architects - Microsoft technology stack (i.e. C#.NET) and iOS, Android, Xamarin. Matt joined us from England where he worked within the same market and learnt that simply working with the best candidates and clients within his market is the best recipe for success. The only thing he misses in England more than his family is the soccer – particularly Manchester United!
Matt recruits within the IT Infrastructure space, specialising in Desktop Analysts and Level 1 & 2 support roles. After relocating from the UK to Melbourne in 2015, Matt kicked off his recruitment career matching the best talent and clients within the Business Support space. Matt is passionate about building relationships and ensuring the process is as seamless and personal as possible. Outside of FourQuarters, Matt enjoys getting off the beaten track and exploring the country – as long as there is somewhere to watch his beloved soccer team, Manchester City.
Josh recruits open-source software development roles across Melbourne. After relocating from England in 2015, his love of the technical aspect of recruitment led him to making the transition from Financial Services over to Technology. He has an International Business degree from the University of Plymouth, has studied in Canada and has also lived in Berlin. In his free time Josh is either following football or walking his dog!
Kelly joins the Technology team after moving to Melbourne from Dublin, Ireland in 2017. She has a background recruiting within Financial Services and is excited to expand her remit into the Technology space, specialising in Development roles across the Enterprise Applications sphere. Kelly enjoys the end to end process of recruitment and is passionate about matching the right candidates to the right role while delivering on business needs. She has adapted instantly to Melbourne life and in her spare time enjoys going to the gym and getting out of the city on weekend trips.
Scott is part of our Technology team and specialises in recruiting across the Mobile Development space in Melbourne. Scott began his career in the recruitment of Change and Transformation professionals following the completion of a Business Strategy degree at Monash University. Scott is passionate about providing great service to both his clients and candidates and invests time in completely understanding the needs of a business and the types of roles his candidates would be best suited to.
Charlotte started her working career within various Customer Service and Sales based roles, never quite finding anything that fully fulfilled her professionally until she stumbled into her first recruitment role 3 years' ago.
Working as a generalist recruiter in fast paced, high volume blue collar industries equipped Charlotte with the skills, expertise and a strong sense of urgency required to be able to understand her clients individual needs and recruit with a personalised approach.
Charlotte does not believe in a 'one size fits all' concept and her passion lies in building new relationships while nurturing and servicing existing ones. She believes if you are a good recruiter who is able to listen to your clients and understand their business, you can recruit for any role. In Charlotte’s spare time she enjoys travelling, anything adrenalin based, scoping out new eating locations, trying new foods and spending time with her close friends and family.
