Senior Business Process Analyst - Melbourne CBD

The opportunity:
My client is undergoing an enterprise wide Technology Transformation including a Salesforce implementation, data centre decommission and various other smaller pieces, and is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to do the following:
  • Work with stakeholders to understand, design and map key processes around new technologies to be implemented across the business
  • Take part in designing the Strategy and Governance supporting the processes to be implemented
  • Create excellent documentation that can be read and understood by both technical and business facing users
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
  • Experience designing, mapping and governing processes on large ICT projects
  • Ideally you will also have experience working with Salesforce projects but this is not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills and relevant tertiary qualifications
