Job Description:

Mid-Senior Level Product Designer (UX/UI)

Here is your chance to join a rapidly growing and highly successful technology start-up company who are revolutionising the sports industry. They have huge investment from one of the most recognisable entities in the business world and are looking to dominate their market in Australia, and soon in New Zealand and the UK too!

Key Responsibilities
  • Sketching and designing, ensuring consistency in the appearance of the product
  • Analysis of the website/mobile applications to determine user behaviour
  • Actively involved with idea generation and discussing new concepts
  • Collaborate with the development team and the wider business to help manage workflow
  • Demonstrate a real passion for design and technology
Key Skills & Knowledge Required
  • Commercial experience working in a Digital Design/UX Design/Product Design capacity within development projects for product-based companies (approx. 4+ years)
  • Knowledge and understanding of key UX design principles
  • An eye for clean, simple design
  • Skilled in UX design tools (such as Sketch and Invision) and knowledgeable of Microsoft Excel
  • Industry relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelors degree in Design (or similar)
  • Experience working within an Agile environment
  • An analytical mindset and a solution-based approach to solving problems
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ideally have some knowledge of or an interest in the sporting industry
