Job Description:

The company
Large Retail group are looking for an experienced IT Desktop Support Analyst to join their existing Service Desk team.

Your new role
You will be part of a busy Service Desk team and report directly into the Service Delivery Manager. You will perform complex problem solving and assistance on Level 2 technical issues including diverse business software applications and hardware systems. To be successful in this role you will possess the ability to work with minimal supervision, have experience in providing telephone/ face to face and remote support for initial fault diagnosis on information technology problems.You will be passionate about customer service and have experienced in the following.

What you will need to succeed

**Must be located in Australia and available to interview **
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills with proven 2nd line technical support troubleshooting abilities.
  • Possess exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • 2+ years practical experience supporting Microsoft platforms and applications in commercial environments, i.e. Microsoft Office 2008-2016, Office 365, Active Directory, MS Exchange
  • Experience supporting or understanding of server operating systems such as Server 2008, 2012, 2016
  • Experience in providing high level of customer service and technical support to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft desktop operating systems in an Active Directory environment
  • Proven experience in Desktop, Laptop, Smart devices, and printer troubleshooting. Including installation PC / Monitors / Software or re-configuration. Printer management experience (physical installation and configuration).
  • Experience in hardware resolution
