The company:
Our client is a leading digital platform company based in Melbourne, which dominates the market in the Health Analytics category.

The opportunity:
You will act as a conduit between teams and also drive agile methodology usage and the removal of any blockers to effective delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure resolutions are quick and effective
  • Ensure the team are committed to quality outcomes that adhere to internal guiding principals
  • Guide the team through continual improvement through acceptance and commitment to AGILE principles
  • Tracking and communication of team velocity and sprint/release progress, and ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritisation, team accountability and visibility.
  • Assist to prioritise iterations / sprints with the Product Owners
  • Produce inputs into the product backlog, user and technical requirement specifications
About you:
You will be likely be in an IM or Agile PM role and will be working in a Scrum, XP, Kanban type set-up. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, plus an affinity with technology and technologists. You will enjoy servicing the needs of a range of stakeholders in a multifaceted environment. You should be an excellent problem solver with exceptional analytical skills who can work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
Your experience and skills should include most, if not all:
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience working as an Iteration Manager/Scrum Master
  • Scrum Master/SAFe Certifications are highly regarded
  • Experience working across multiple streams and projects
  • Experienced with large-scale projects; ideally in the utilities sector working on transformation projects
  • Experience working with complex integration systems
  • Experience working in Agile methodology principles and practices
