Business Analyst - Email Process Optimisation - Financial Services - Daily rate contract

The company

My client is a multi national financial services enterprise business, with a large local presence, and offices in the Melbourne CBD. It is looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to join the team for an initial contract subject to extensions, with a view to optimise its internal email processes.

The opportunity

The role of the Business Process Analyst will include, but not be limited to:
  • Document the current state of the internal email landscape including email address formats, how emails are received and replied to, any inconsistencies and general lack of transparency and tractability
  • Work with stakeholders to document the requirements around the future state of the email processes
  • Work with SME's to provide recommendations on the best way to optimise these processes
About you

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
  • Business Process Analysis experience + qualifications, ideally in an enterprise environment
  • Very strong documentation skills
  • Ideally you will have previous experience on an email optimisation project
  • Ability to work autonomously, locate relevant stakeholders and with with SME's to make recommendations
