Job Description:

Based in the Western Suburbs this niche business has been establish for almost 20 years, founded in WA they have a strong presence and won several Excellence Awards.

This successful organisation are recruiting for a highly experienced EA/PA to support the Director. This is a demanding position and requires previous experience supporting Directors in an SME business.

Your duties will include
  • Organise executive travel and itineraries
  • Diary Management
  • Liaise between the corporate travel agency and organisation.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and documentation for meetings.
  • Write and edit reports, letters, executive summaries and briefs.
  • Book, plan and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Write minutes for meetings
  • Manage and organise executive filing and correspondence.
  • Be the point of contact for the Director
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally 5 years, be well presented in a corporate manner, have excellent communication and time management skills.
