Job Description:

A fast growing, entrepreneurial health and technology business are looking to expand their Melbourne operation and invest in an experienced Office Manager to join their team.

With a strong focus on relationship management, you will be working to continuously improving services for their clients, setting up their SOP's, office operations and really pulling the team together to ensure they are operating as effectively as possible. The role holder will need to use their initiative and be proactive in learning the business - grasping the context of how the business currently operates and configuring ways to improve their processes.

As Office Manager, your role responsibilities will include;
  • Coordination and creation of various communications for a range of different audiences
  • Stakeholder management
  • Dealing with day-to-day queries from external clients and internal stakeholders
  • Meeting organisation, co-ordination and follow up
  • Other ad-hoc project administrative tasks
  • Business development and marketing support
  • Managing invoices and generating reports on current and expired projects
  • General office administration and clerical support to all employees
  • Facilities administration, staff and supplier liaison
  • Assisting the preparation and submission of bids and tenders
We are looking for someone flexible, who thrives in an unstructured environment. Ideally, you will have worked in a tech. start up / entrepreneurial organisation previously and have lots of ideas to bring to the table!

You will also possess the following;
  • Proven relationship building and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience of working in the health industry is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication skills - written & oral
  • Proven organisational skills
  • A pro-active approach
