Job Description:

A fast growing, entrepreneurial technology start up (who are absolutely killing it!) are looking to expand their Melbourne operation and invest in an Office Coordinator to join their team.

Since their inception, this Technology Consultancy have expanded quickly and now need an Administrator to assist them in getting to the next level.
As Office Coordinator, your role responsibilities will include;
  • Dealing with day-to-day queries from external clients and internal stakeholders
  • Meeting organisation, co-ordination and follow up
  • Ensuring the overall office is maintained, weekly online shopping orders, stationary, etc
  • Raising customer statements, sales quotes, sales invoices, credit notes and purchase orders
  • Assisting with banking duties, bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Liaising and assisting with Debtors and Creditors where required
  • Assist with the management of the account email inbox
  • Assisting the Management Accountant with general bookkeeping tasks where required
  • Managing invoices and generating reports on current and expired projects
  • General office administration and clerical support to the Managing Directors
  • Event and travel coordination
  • Facilities administration, staff and supplier liaison
  • Assisting the preparation and submission of bids and tenders
Attitude is everything! We're after someone who feels no job is too big, or small, who is happy to roll up their sleeves and support the office in whatever capacity is required.

Ideally, you will have worked in an entrepreneurial organisation previously and have lots of ideas to bring to the table!

You will ideally have worked with a Zero system or similar Accounting software. Your MS Office skills will be sound and you will have an exceptional attention to detail.

This role could flourish into something bigger, depending on company requirements. If you enjoy a varied role where no day is the same, this may be the ideal role for you!
