Job Description:

Reputable law firm based in the Sydney CBD is seeking a motivated, experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy, fast paced Insurance Law team. In order to be successful, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role ideally with Insurance litigation support. You will be responsible for assisting with both administration and secretarial tasks. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is looking for the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in maintaining client databases
- Diary management
- Drafting correspondence, legal document preparation and amendments
- Opening and closing of files
- Liaising with clients via the phone and email
- Assisting with monthly billing and account related matters
- General ad hoc admin duties

Key Requirements:
- Ideally 5 years’ experience working in a similar role ideally Insurance litigation support experience
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
