Job Description:

This business is a leader in providing financial solutions to a varied and diverse client base. We are looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to work as part of the national team based in Melbourne CBD.

As front line customer support, you will be responsible for;
  • Communicating best practice that support improved customer experience, engagement and sales to customers.
  • Support solution and delivery teams to shape solutions for clients.
  • Respond to customer service queries and provide customers with assistance within service level agreements.
  • Quickly build rapport and engage customers.
  • Workshop facilitation with customers
We are looking for;
  • A strong communicator and experience in presenting solutions to customers
  • A solution orientated individual who can think on their feet
  • Someone experienced in financial or professional services
  • Someone who builds quick rapport and is able to think on their feet
