Job Description:

The Company
Our client is a highly successful Logistics business who require an experienced Administrator to join their busy finance team on a temporary basis.

The Role
Working in a large team your role is to support the greater finance team on all administrative duties. Your day to day duties will include:

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in processing client invoices
  • Credit card reconciliation and processing expenses
  • Entering client data into the inhouse CRM
  • Proofreading and document formatting
  • Adhoc and project support
Your Profile
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Exemplary communication and customer service skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
