Job Description:

There is an immediately available opportunity for an experienced Administration Coordinator, to join one of Australia's leading Fund Managers for a 6 month fixed term contract role.

This is a general Administration role where you will support an Executive Assistant with overflow administrative duties. As an Administration Coordinator, you will provide support to the wider business and be responsible for scanning and uploading documentation, data entry, general document filing, expense reconciliation, database maintenance and additional ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required.

This role will suit someone with;

- Previous administration experience (ideally within Financial Services)
- A strong attention to detail
- A positive, willing attitude
- The availability to commence work immediately and work full-time for six months
