Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Review of sales calls to gain insights into behaviour
  • Basic data analysis, including articulation of insights
  • Reporting to stakeholders on progress and articulating where assistance is needed to ensure successful and efficient delivery
  • Assisting in the correlation of data and information for communication with regulatory bodies
  • Understand and ensure all Compliance, Legislative & Regulatory responsibilities are met, issues and concerns escalated and addressed in accordance with Breach and Consequence Management policies and procedures.
Experience required:
  • Experience in financial services or similar industry, with experience in call centre environments including:
  • Communicating with stakeholders, including senior stakeholders
  • Monitoring calls and gaining insight from these in regard to agent behaviour
  • Internal/External audit and/or Remediation experience would be highly regarded.
Demonstrated experience in the following:
  • Ability to articulate problems clearly
  • Proficient people skills with strong/adaptive communication
  • Proficient organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Reinforcing a culture of compliance controllership & performance management
