Job Description:

The Company
Our client is a highly successful boutique property firm who require a junior Credit Controller to join their busy finance team on a temp to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong administration experience and is wanting to learn more about Accounting and Reconciliations!

The Role
Reporting into the Credit Manager, you will manage the collections processes to ensure the timely preparation and payment of invoices, minimising financial risk exposure and maximising cash inflow opportunities for the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing customer invoices
  • Chasing overdue accounts;
  • Filing, managing the email inbox and answering phones
  • Responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Performing debt collection duties (via phone and email)
  • Other Adhoc duties/projects
  • Assist the wider team with administration and service tasks/processes as required
Your Profile
  • Previous experience in a similar Collections/Credit Controller role
  • Previous business experience in negotiations and sustaining critical relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Exemplary communication and customer service skills
  • Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills
